As has been our tradition, Christmas morning was spent in the village of Kolinvaai, worshipping with our brothers and sisters there. William preached on Zecharaih’s prayer in Luke 1:67-75. KJ enjoyed dancing in her new Christmas dress a friend in Nalerigu had made for her (see video below).
After the service we enjoyed a meal of rice balls and groundnut stew cooked by church members. Then we went home and loaded up with the Christmas cookies and banana bread loaves Heidi and KJ had baked over the past two days. We spent the afternoon delivering the treats and visiting with our friends in town.
