For the past 30 years there has been a 3-foot chainlink fence around the quarters at the hospital. In a few places trees had fallen on it and in others people had conveniently pulled it down to create shortcuts. It had become less of a security feature and simply a land demarcation line.
Thanks to special gift funds donated for the hospital, William organized a crew and spent a month removing the old fence and installing a new fence around the 750-meters of the lower hospital campus. The new fence is much more secure at 6feet high and with barbed wire. It also looks much nicer!
